Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Sleep Coach in a remote, full-time capacity to conduct outbound calls for CPAP supply reorders and promote CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance and high satisfaction. You will build relationships, manage multiple priorities, and process orders per client procedures.

The role starts at $15 per hour with a raise to $16 per hour after one year, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, EAP, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
• Assess patient usage and satisfaction to maximize engagement in the S3 program.
• Process orders efficiently according to client procedures.
• Return voicemails within two hours and maintain professional phone etiquette.
