Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls that facilitate CPAP supply reorders and promote CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention. This full-time remote role requires strong organization, customer focus, and confident phone communication.

Starting pay is $15 per hour, with an increase to $16 per hour after one year. Equipment will be shipped to your home prior to start date. GED or High School Diploma required.

Qualifications

• Outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while communicating confidently over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Promote sale of CPAP equipment (masks, cushions, seals, filters) and achieve order targets.
• Process orders and navigate client-specific procedures in the platform.
• Return voicemails within two hours and maintain professional phone etiquette.
• Work remotely as a full-time Sleep Coach with equipment shipped to home before start date.
