Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls promoting CPAP supplies, processing orders, and supporting CPAP equipment sales while ensuring compliance and patient satisfaction. This is a remote, full-time position.

The role starts at $15 per hour with a $16 per hour raise after one year. Candidates should have a GED or high school diploma and be comfortable working on a computer for long periods.

Qualifications

• Outbound calls experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities
• Must adhere to security policies

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders
• Promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention
• Promote the sale of replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters with target order mix
• Utilize outreach strategies to assess patient usage and satisfaction within the S3 program
• Navigate the platform to process orders according to client procedures
• Return voicemails within two hours and maintain professional phone etiquette
