Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls, promote CPAP equipment, and build strong patient relationships. This full-time remote role ships necessary equipment to your home before start date and pays an initial $15 per hour, with increases to $16 per hour after one year.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities by phone, while ensuring compliance and patient satisfaction in the S3

Qualifications

• Must work in accordance with security policies to safeguard company and client information
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders
• Promote sale of CPAP equipment (masks, cushions, seals, filters)
• Ensure compliance, satisfaction, and retention through effective outreach and relationship building
• Process orders according to client-specific procedures
• Return voicemails within two hours and maintain professional phone etiquette
• Navigate the platform to process orders efficiently
