Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Sleep Coach to conduct outbound calls to patients, promoting CPAP equipment and securing orders. This remote, full-time role requires a GED or high school diploma and commands a starting wage of $15/hour with a $1 increase after 12 months. Equipment is shipped to you prior to start. Strong organization and phone communication skills are essential to drive patient engagement and ensure high service levels.

Qualifications

• Outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
• Remote, full-time position; equipment shipped to home before start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients for CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote replacement masks, cushions, seals and filters.
• Respond to voicemails within two hours and maintain professional phone etiquette.
• Navigate the platform to process orders per client procedures.
