Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls and facilitate CPAP supply reorders. The role emphasizes selling CPAP equipment, maintaining compliance, and ensuring patient satisfaction through proactive outreach.

The position is remote, full-time, with a 40+ hour workweek. Pay starts at $15/hour, increasing to $16/hour after one year, and candidates must reside in GA, AL, TN, LA, NC, or TX. Equipment will be shipped to your home before you start.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable communicating confidently over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients quarterly to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters with high conversion targets.
• Assess patient usage and satisfaction to maximize engagement in the program.
• Verify and update patient records, including insurance details.
• Maintain professionalism and prompt response to voicemails.
• Process orders according to client-specific procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
