Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls, promote CPAP supplies, and process orders while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention through strong relationship building.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable juggling priorities while communicating confidently over the phone. This is a remote, full-time position with equipment shipped to your home before start.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while communicating confidently over the phone.
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote and sell CPAP equipment and replacements (masks, cushions, seals, filters) with defined targets.
• Assess patient usage and satisfaction to maximize engagement in the S3 program.
• Maintain professional, efficient patient interactions and respond to voicemails within two hours.
• Navigate the platform to process orders per client procedures.
