Job summary

WellSky in a remote, full‑time Sleep Coach role seeks a Call Center Representative to conduct outbound calls to patients, promote CPAP supplies, and drive compliance, satisfaction, and retention through effective outreach.

You will verify patient records, process orders, and collaborate with teams while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Requires GED or HS diploma; must reside in GA, AL, TN, LA, NC or TX and be able to work 40+ hours per week.

• GED or High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Contact assigned patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote replacement CPAP components and drive upsell targets.
• Verify and update patient records, including insurance details.
• Process orders according to client procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and prompt communication with patients.
