Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls maximizing CPAP supply reorders while promoting equipment sales. The role emphasizes compliance, patient satisfaction, and retention through effective outreach and relationship building.

This remote, full-time position requires 40+ hours weekly, with residence in GA, AL, TN, LA, NC, or TX. Starting pay is $15/hour, increasing to $16/hour after one year, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Make quarterly outbound calls to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters with set targets.
• Assess patient usage and satisfaction to maximize engagement in the S3 program.
• Verify and update patient insurance details for accuracy.
• Maintain professional, efficient patient interactions and timely voicemail responses.
• Process orders in the platform following client-specific procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
