WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls to patients for CPAP supply reorders and to promote CPAP equipment sales while ensuring compliance and high patient satisfaction. The role is remote, full-time, requiring 40+ hours weekly with eligibility to work in GA, AL, TN, LA, NC or TX.

Starting pay is $15/hour, increasing to $16/hour after one year; equipment shipped to home.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Willing to work additional/irregular hours as needed.
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Contact assigned patients quarterly to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters with target order inclusion.
• Assess patient usage and satisfaction to maximize engagement in the S3 program.
• Verify and update patient records, including insurance details.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions and return voicemails promptly.
• Navigate the platform to process orders according to client procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
