WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls for CPAP supply reorders and promote CPAP equipment, ensuring compliance and patient retention. The role is remote, full-time, with equipment shipped to home before start.

Starting wage is $15/hour, increasing to $16/hour after one year. Responsibilities include promoting masks/seals, assessing usage, and maintaining professional communication while processing orders per client procedures.

Qualifications

• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies to safeguard company and client information.
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention.
• Assess patient usage and satisfaction to maximize engagement in the S3 program.
• Return voicemails within two hours and maintain high standards of phone etiquette.
• Process orders efficiently using client-specific procedures.
