Accendra Health is seeking a Sleep Coach to remotely support CPAP therapy for patients across the United States. You will provide personalized guidance, education, and ongoing support during the first year of treatment.

This remote role requires independent work with regular collaboration, data review of patient usage, and clear communication about equipment, insurance, and resupply needs.

Strong customer service skills and HIPAA compliance are essential; prior OSA exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with patients diagnosed with OSA preferred.
• Experience with insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Proactively reach out to and respond to patients during their first full year of CPAP therapy.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to coach, educate, and encourage patients.
• Help patients identify barriers to using their therapy consistently and provide practical tools.
• Review patient usage data and guide data-driven conversations.
• Educate patients about insurance requirements and resupply needs.
• Document patient interactions and next steps in the patient account.
