Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with patients diagnosed with OSA preferred.
• Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to patients during their first year of CPAP therapy.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to coach, educate, and encourage patients.
• Identify barriers to therapy adherence and provide practical tools to overcome them.
• Review patient usage data and guide data-driven conversations.
• Educate patients about insurance requirements, equipment cleaning, and resupply needs.
