Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Sleep Coach for a remote-based role in the US to guide patients through their CPAP therapy during the first year. You will educate patients on therapy, equipment, and insurance requirements, and help them build habits for better adherence.

You will analyze usage data, employ coaching techniques, and support patients by addressing barriers, with independence and collaboration with the team in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with patients diagnosed with OSA preferred.
• Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to patients during their first full year of CPAP therapy.
• Conduct inbound/outbound calls to coach and educate patients.
• Help patients identify barriers to using their therapy consistently and provide practical tools.
• Review patient usage data to guide conversations.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for PAP and mask equipment.
