Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a driven Associate Account Manager focused on SLED to join our B2B sales team. This 100% remote role offers a hybrid option for candidates near our Chicago headquarters, enabling flexible working arrangements.

You will grow revenue within state, local, and higher education accounts, engaging with senior leaders and navigating public sector procurement to deliver value with Keeper solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software or tech sales experience.
• 1+ years of SLED or government sales experience in software or tech sales.
• Strong technical knowledge related to software integrations (SSO, Directory) plus onboarding & support.
• Experience selling to Enterprise IT and Cyber Security executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry a revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with Senior Management and C-level contacts.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells with clients.
• Navigate SLED procurement processes (RFP/RFI, contract vehicles, etc.).
• Manage named customer accounts to renew and expand contracts.
