Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a driven SLED-focused Associate Account Manager for our B2B sales team. This role offers a 100% remote work option with potential hybrid schedule for candidates near our Chicago headquarters, and focuses on growing revenue within state, local, and higher education accounts.

You will join a high-producing team and work with public sector clients to expand Keeper solutions, leveraging industry-leading cybersecurity offerings and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software or tech sales with upselling focus.
• 1+ years of SLED or government sales in software/tech.
• Strong technical knowledge for software integrations (SSO, Directory).
• Experience in IAM or cybersecurity industry.
• Experience selling to Enterprise IT and Cyber Security executives.
• Autonomy, ownership, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS).

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue within assigned public sector accounts.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells with clients.
• Engage with Senior Management and IT/Cyber Security executives.
• Navigate procurement processes (RFP/RFI, contracts, vehicle programs).
• Lead quarterly business reviews and measure account health.
• Be a Keeper product expert and support Sales/Marketing calls.
• Drive customer advocacy through references and case studies.
