Qualifications

• 8+ years of SLED sales experience
• Experience selling CCaaS/UCaaS/CX solutions to large organizations
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel as required to meet plans

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic business advisor and sales leader for CCaaS/Omnichannel initiatives
• Develop commercial and transition strategies for customers migrating from legacy environments
• Lead high-level discovery to justify business value and ROI for cloud CX solutions
• Demonstrate and articulate product value through demonstrations and PoCs
