Job summary

Keeper Security is recruiting an Associate Account Manager focused on SLED accounts for a 100% remote role in the US, with a hybrid option near Chicago. You will grow revenue within state, local, and higher education accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in software/tech sales with upsell experience and knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including IAM and SSO integrations. Strong communication and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software or tech sales with upsell focus.
• 1+ years of SLED or government software sales.
• Strong knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory) and cybersecurity.
• Experience selling to Enterprise IT and Cyber Security executives.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Carry a revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned accounts.
• Engage with Senior Management and CIO-level contacts.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells with clients.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to position Keeper solutions.
• Navigate SLED procurement processes (RFP/RFI, etc.) and compliance requirements.
• Build relationships with public sector stakeholders, including government and education.
