Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring an Account Manager to join a high-performing B2B sales team. This remote position offers a pathway to a hybrid schedule for those near our Chicago headquarters.

You will manage an established customer base, grow revenue through renewals, cross-sells, and upsells, and advise on best practices for password and secrets management in large organizations. You will work with Senior Management and IT/Cyber Security leaders, align business and technical goals, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle SaaS sales or Account Management (upselling & expansion).
• Strong technical knowledge on software integrations (SSO, Directory) and onboarding/support.
• Experience selling to Enterprise and C-level executives; autonomous and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Keeper Security customers and grow revenue within assigned accounts.
• Maintain relationships with senior management and C-level contacts; drive renewals and expansions.
• Negotiate contracts, including renewals, cross-sells, and upsells, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
