Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an Associate Account Manager to focus on SLED sales. This fully remote position allows for significant growth and involvement with public sector clients. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in software sales and strong technical skills in cybersecurity integrations.

The successful candidate will engage with clients, drive sales growth through upselling, and maintain strong relationships to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software or tech sales with upselling focus.
• 1+ years of SLED or government sales experience.
• Strong technical knowledge regarding software integrations.
• Experience in IAM or cybersecurity industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain relationships with clients.
• Negotiate contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Understand public sector funding models for multi-year agreements.
• Advise customers on cybersecurity best practices.
