Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our high-performing B2B sales team. This is a 100% remote position with the option to hybrid schedule for candidates near our Chicago headquarters.

You will manage an existing client base, drive revenue growth through renewals and expansion, and collaborate with senior leaders to align security solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software or tech sales focusing on upselling and expansion.
• Strong technical knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory) and onboarding/support.
• Experience selling to Enterprise organizations and C-level Executives.
• Autonomy, ownership, and dedication to delivering value.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (BA/BS).
• IAM industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry a revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned accounts.
• Provide strong interactions with customers at the Senior Management level with support on forming relationships with C level contacts.
• Negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells and upsells with clients.
• Establish business and technical goals & conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.
• Maintain a structured cadence with named customer accounts and close deals.
• Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies.
