Job summary

Cloudera – Public Sector is seeking an experienced SLED Account Executive for the North-East region. You will develop detailed sales plans and maximize opportunities to drive year-over-year growth by leveraging established relationships and a consultative selling approach.

The role requires driving opportunities in greenfield accounts, accurate forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration while pursuing Cloudera’s Data and Analytics platform across government agencies.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of full sales cycle experience in technology solutions.
• Established, deep relationships within SLED North-East region customers.
• Ability to operate and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Sales experience with Big Data, Open Source, Enterprise apps, BI concepts.”

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the territory, identifying core customers and mapping benefits to business requirements.
• Demonstrate ability to excel at consultative solution selling.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers across agencies, driving adoption of Cloudera's Data and Analytics platform.
• Drive new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level; forecast, build pipeline, and deliver quarterly revenue.
