You will manage the sales process, build pipelines in Salesforce, and work closely with recruiters and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes meeting targets, negotiating proposals, and representing the brand in a remote/virtual work environment while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years direct/outside sales in construction and/or staffing.
• Must have valid driver license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance.
• Remote/virtual work environment acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting/generating leads.
• Meet or exceed revenue and gross margin targets.
• Develop proposals per pricing guidelines.
• Manage sales process and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with recruiters, safety, service and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with TrueBlue brands to share leads and promote customer growth.
• Spend at least 75% of time customer-facing.
• Manage aging within terms.
