Job summary

RemX is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Professional and Skilled Trades practice in a fully remote environment. This hunter role focuses on new business development, relationship building, and expanding market share across professional staffing and skilled trades staffing solutions.

You will work with decision-makers across hiring administrative, customer service, HR, marketing, and technical talent, delivering exceptional talent Solutions with a top recruiting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of staffing industry sales experience.
• Experience selling within skilled trades, construction staffing, professional staffing, or a combination of both.
• Proven success generating new business and developing long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of workforce solutions, staffing operations, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a staffing environment.
• Ability to discuss current and historical billing production, revenue generation, and client acquisition results.
• High level of accountability, resilience, and self-motivation.
• Strong technology aptitude and comfort utilizing CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Stable career progression with demonstrated success in prior staffing sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through phone, virtual, and in-person sales activities.
• Develop and grow client relationships within professional staffing, skilled trades, construction, and related markets.
• Generate new-logo business while expanding opportunities within existing Employbridge and RemX accounts.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market development activities.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced team of specialized recruiters to deliver high-quality staffing solutions.
• Consult with clients regarding workforce planning, hiring challenges, talent availability, and market trends.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through placement, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
• Leverage technology and CRM tools to manage activity, pipeline, and account growth.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional Employbridge services and divisions.
• Consistently achieve revenue, activity, and growth objectives.
