Job summary

PeopleReady is seeking an Account Manager in Tampa, FL to drive growth through new business development and managing current customers. You will handle proposals, pricing adherence, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while working with recruiters and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting / generating leads.
• Meet or exceed revenue, gross margin targets.
• Develop proposals per pricing guidelines and escalate with exceptions.
• Manage sales process and pipeline using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with recruiters, safety, service and other stakeholders for customer satisfaction.
• Share leads and promote customer growth across TrueBlue brands.
• Ensure all safety processes and procedures are observed.
• Spend at least 75% of time customer-facing.
• Obtain detailed and accurate job descriptions per SOP.
• Participate in industry and community organizations.
• Manage aging within terms.
