TradeCorp is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across Tampa Bay. This is a remote role, but you must reside in the Tampa Bay area for in-person client visits and field sales activity.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating with recruiting to deliver qualified skilled trades talent. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of staffing or B2B sales experience, a strong interest in skilled trades, and a proven track record of

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing or B2B sales experience.
• Strong interest in skilled trades (construction, electrical, HVAC, manufacturing).
• Track record of generating new business and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the skilled trades market.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and industrial clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with recruiting to meet client talent needs.
• Manage sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account management.
• Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity.
