Chronos Consulting is seeking a Site Service Engineer for Atlanta, GA, with 3+ years in servicing CT or PET imaging equipment. The role combines on-site and remote support, installations, and preventive maintenance across digital imaging systems.

Travel within the U.S. and occasionally abroad is required, and collaboration with Sales and Applications teams will help resolve customer issues and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years servicing medical imaging equipment (CT or PET).
• Experience with on-site and remote support.
• Strong troubleshooting and electromechanical skills.
• Willingness to travel within the US and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for break-fix issues involving hardware, software, IT networking, and clinical applications.
• Perform lifecycle maintenance including new system installations, complex field upgrades, and preventive maintenance across the digital imaging portfolio.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Provide feedback to improve product reliability, operability, and global serviceability.
• Support the launch of new technologies and first-of-kind installations in the field.
• Collaborate with Sales and Applications teams to resolve issues and drive regional revenue.
• Produce regular status reports and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Identify deficiencies and suggest training, tools, or workflow improvements.
