Job summary

Coberon Chronos seeks a Field Service Engineer to support Seattle-based imaging systems, including CT and PET equipment. You will perform on-site and remote service, installations, and preventive maintenance across the digital imaging portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical imaging service, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Travel within the U.S. and occasional international trips are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience servicing and installing medical imaging equipment (CT or PET)
• Nuclear Medicine equipment experience is highly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting of computers, software installations/upgrades, and electromechanical assemblies

Responsibilities

• Provide expert on-site and remote support for break-fix issues involving hardware, software, IT networking, and clinical applications.
• Execute new system installations, complex field upgrades, and preventive maintenance across the imaging product portfolio.
• Act as primary point of contact for customer concerns and ensure timely resolution and clear follow-up.
