Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare North America, Inc. seeks a remote field service engineer to deliver top-level service for diagnostic imaging systems across the US. The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%) to install, service, and train customers on MR, CT, PET-CT, and X-ray equipment.

Applicants should have an associate degree in a technical field and proven field service experience with Windows/Microsoft Office and network connectivity. Houston-based HQ focus with national travel.

Qualifications

• Familiar with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) and related hardware/software.
• Experience in field service with regional responsibilities and strong troubleshooting across hardware, mechanical, and software systems.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level on-site service support and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting, maintenance, and product updates.
• Assist with new product launches and field deployment of UIH imaging systems in the US.
• Build competence in technical assistance and fast issue escalation.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within the designated geographic region.
• Attend training courses domestically and abroad toward UIH Professional Certificate.
