Job summary

United Imaging Group is seeking an on-site Field Service Engineer to support diagnostic imaging systems across the US. The role requires live proximity to the posting location and frequent travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and customer training.

The candidate should have an associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, familiarity with MR/CT/PET-CT/X-ray systems, and strong customer communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service support to customers for UIH imaging products.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting, maintenance, and product updates.
• Assist with new product launches and field deployments in the US market.
• Build competence in delivering technical assistance and customer support.
• Escalate issues promptly to ensure fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment in designated geographic regions.
• Attend trainings in the US and abroad and pursue UIH Professional Certificate.
