Job summary

United Imaging - North America is seeking a remote field service engineer to support diagnostic imaging systems across the US. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain MR/CT/X-ray equipment while collaborating with regional care teams and customers.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), strong communication, and hands-on technical skills. A technical degree and imaging experience are highly valued, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service and support for designated UIH imaging systems.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and update equipment in the field.
• Assist with product launches and customer training in the US.
• Coordinate with regional and HQ Customer Care teams.
• Ensure rapid issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Complete UIH Professional Certificate training as needed.
