Job summary

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years servicing/ installing medical imaging equipment (CT or PET); Nuclear Medicine experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting of computers, software installations/upgrades, and complex electromechanical assemblies.
• Industrial or medical hardware service background.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for break-fix issues involving hardware, software, IT networking, and clinical applications.
• Lifecycle maintenance: installations, field upgrades, and preventive maintenance across the digital imaging portfolio.
• Customer advocacy: primary contact for concerns with timely resolution and follow-up.
• Product improvement: feedback to enhance reliability, operability, and serviceability.
• New product introduction: support first-of-kind field installations.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Applications to resolve issues and drive regional revenue.
• Operational reporting: status updates and accurate service documentation.
• Process optimization: identify deficiencies and suggest tooling/training/workflow improvements.
