Job summary
Humana is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of automation platforms supporting production automation solutions across RPA, infra automation, validation frameworks, and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate focuses on operational excellence, system stability, incident management, and continuous improvement, enabling development teams to deliver new automation capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
- Experience supporting production applications in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with CI/CD, source control, and release management practices.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Monitor health and performance of automation platforms and production services.
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
- Improve observability through monitoring, alerts, dashboards, and reporting.
- Partner with development teams to enhance reliability and operational readiness.
- Support deployment, testing, configuration, and release activities across automation solutions.
- Drive automation of operational processes to reduce manual effort and increase stability.
