Job summary

Humana is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical automation platforms across RPA, infrastructure automation, and validation frameworks. The role emphasizes operational excellence, incident management, and continuous improvement to enable development teams to deliver new automation capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or related field.
2+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
Experience supporting production applications and automation frameworks in large-enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of reliability, monitoring, incident management and RCA.
Experience with testing, configuration management, and production deployments.

Responsibilities

Monitor health, availability, and performance of automation platforms and services.
Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Improve observability with monitoring, dashboards, and reporting.
Partner with development teams to enhance reliability and readiness.
Support deployment, testing, configuration, and releases across solutions.
Drive automation of operational processes to reduce manual effort.
