Humana is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of automation platforms. You will support production automation across RPA, infrastructure automation, validation frameworks, and other initiatives to enable development teams to deliver new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related role.
• Experience supporting production applications, platforms, or automation frameworks in a large-scale enterprise.
• Strong understanding of system reliability, monitoring, alerting, incident management, and RCA.
• Experience with testing, QA, configuration management, and production deployments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management practices.
• Experience with automation technologies, scripting, or IaC tools (Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Terraform, RPA, Selenium).
• Familiarity with production support methodologies and cloud/distributed systems.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks, implement reliability improvements, and mitigate risks.
• Experience establishing controls across test and production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communicative skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor health, availability, and performance of automation platforms and production services.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
• Improve observability with monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and reporting.
• Partner with development teams to enhance reliability, scalability, and readiness.
• Support deployment, testing, configuration, and release activities across automation solutions.
• Drive automation of operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve stability.
• Identify and remediate production risks while applying reliability best practices.
