Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SRE, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or related role.
• Experience with production applications, platforms, or automation frameworks in a large-scale enterprise.

Responsabilités

• Monitor health, availability, and performance of automation platforms and services.
• Lead incident response and root cause investigations to minimize disruptions.
• Improve observability via monitoring, dashboards, and reporting.
• Partner with development teams to enhance reliability and readiness.
• Support deployment, testing, configuration, and releases across automation solutions.
• Drive automation of operational processes to reduce manual effort.
• Identify and remediate production risks and strengthen reliability practices.
