Job summary
Humana is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of critical automation platforms. The role supports production automation across RPA, infra automation, and validation frameworks, driving operational excellence and incident management to keep development teams focused on building new automation capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
- Experience supporting production applications in a large-scale enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, incident management, and RCAs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and release management.
- Experience with automation tools and IaC (Ansible, Terraform, Python).
- Exposure to cloud platforms and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor health and performance of automation platforms and services.
- Lead incident response and root cause investigations.
- Improve observability with dashboards and alerts.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve reliability.
- Support deployment, testing, configuration, and releases.
- Automate operational processes to reduce manual work.
