Job summary
Humana is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of automation platforms across domains such as RPA and infrastructure automation. The role emphasizes operational excellence and incident management, enabling development teams to focus on delivering new automation capabilities.
The position offers remote work with occasional travel, standard 40 hours per week, and a base pay range around 80,900 to 110,300 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2+ years in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
- Experience supporting production applications in large-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, incident management and RCA.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Familiarity with IaC and automation technologies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor health, availability, and performance of automation platforms.
- Lead incident response and root cause investigations.
- Improve observability with dashboards and alerts.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve reliability and readiness.
- Support deployment, testing, and release activities.
- Drive automation of operational processes to reduce manual work.
