Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking Site Managers to lead onsite execution of fuels systems projects with remote work options and travel across multiple states. Responsibilities include coordinating service orders, maintaining budgets and schedules, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex scopes and mentor staff while maintaining client relationships across regions.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in wetted fueling systems—piping, mechanical work, fueling upgrades, hydrants, tanks, coatings, inspections and repairs.
• Knowledge of construction practices, UFGS/UFC/ASME/API standards related to POL systems.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Maintenance & Repair System for all service orders and coordinate with management.
• Oversee recurring maintenance activities and ensure schedules and budgets are met.
• Review scopes of work and ensure health, safety and quality plans are followed.
• Mentor subordinate staff and coordinate with subcontractors and clients to keep projects on track.
• Maintain 3-week and 2-week look-ahead schedules and ensure timely contract deliverables.
