Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking Site Managers to join our growing fuels systems team. The role may be worked remotely with travel, and candidates living in NJ or nearby states are preferred.

You will plan, coordinate, monitor, and administer onsite work to complete projects on time and within budget while upholding quality and safety standards. You will develop strong client relationships to enable successful, timely, and profitable projects and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong management and lead-ship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and oversees on-site work to meet project requirements, budget, and safety standards.
• Develops client relationships to facilitate timely, profitable projects.
• Mentors and develops subordinate staff.
• Collaborates with safety managers to develop work plans for high risk/complex service orders.
• Ensures contract deliverables are submitted on time.
• Leads weekly and bi-weekly meetings with subcontractors and PMs to track progress and resolve issues.
