Job summary

Pond & Company seeks a Site Manager to lead fuels systems projects, coordinating onsite work, safety, quality, and client relations. Qualifications

• Five years’ experience (preferably DoD) in wetted fueling systems: piping, mechanical work, fueling upgrades, hydrant systems, tank work, coatings, inspections, repairs.
• Knowledge of construction practices, UFGS/UFC/ASME/API standards related to POL systems.
• Ability to obtain/maintain government security clearance or favorable BI.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, monitor and administer onsite work to meet project requirements on time and within budget.
• Develop strong client relationships to facilitate successful, profitable projects and repeat business.
• Monitor service orders and coordinate with Service Order Manager and management.
• Ensure health and safety and quality plans are developed and followed on all orders.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules (3-week and 2-week) and submit deliverables on time.
• Mentor and develop subordinate staff and oversee service orders across phases.
