Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking Site Managers to join our fuels systems team. Positions may be worked remotely (with travel) and require candidates to live in the United States, including VA.

You will plan, organize, coordinate, monitor, and administer onsite work to meet schedule, budget, and safety standards. You will develop strong client relationships, monitor service orders, review scopes of work, and ensure health and safety plans and quality plans are followed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in wetted fueling systems (DoD preferred) and related construction activities.
• Knowledge of construction practices, UFGS/UFC/ASME/API standards related to POL systems.
• Ability to obtain/maintain government security clearance or favorable BI.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills.
• OSHA 30 hours training preferred.
• HAZWOPER training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, monitor, and administer onsite work to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Develop strong client relationships to facilitate profitable projects and repeat business.
• Monitor service orders and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Lead weekly/subcontractor meetings to prep for scheduled work and resolve issues.
• Maintain 3-week look ahead schedules and participate in look ahead meetings.
• Mentor subordinate staff and oversee subcontractor scopes and pricing.”],
