Pond & Company seeks a Site Manager to lead fuels systems projects. The role supports remote work with travel, requiring residency in MD or other listed states.

You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution to meet schedule, budget, and safety standards, while building strong client relationships for repeat business. Key duties include monitoring service orders, directing subcontractors, maintaining look-ahead schedules, and ensuring deliverables align with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in wetted fueling systems (piping, mechanical work, fueling upgrades, hydrant systems, tank work, coatings, inspections, repairs).
• Knowledge of construction practices, UFGS, UFC, ASME, API, and related standards for POL systems.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance or favorable BI.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong communication and management skills.
• OSHA 30 hours training preferred; HAZWOPER training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, coordinate, monitor, and administer onsite work to meet schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Develop strong client relationships to drive timely, profitable projects and repeat business.
• Monitors the Maintenance & Repair System and coordinates with relevant managers for service orders.
• Conducts meetings with subcontractors and internal teams to align on actions and issues.
• Oversees service orders, budgets, and funding discussions with the client when needed.
• Mentor and develop subordinate staff and ensure deliverables are submitted on time.
