Pond & Company is seeking Site Managers for our fuels systems team. Remote work with travel; candidate must reside in MA, CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA, WV, or DC.

Site Managers will plan, coordinate, monitor, and administer onsite work to complete projects on time and within budget, upholding safety and quality standards. Develops strong client relationships and drives repeat business.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have 5 years’ experience in wetted fueling systems including piping, mechanical work, upgrades, hydrant systems and coatings.
• Knowledge of construction practices, standards (UFGS/UFC/ASME/API) relevant to POL systems.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• OSHA 30 hours training preferred; HAZWOPER training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitors service orders and coordinates with management to support maintenance activities.
• Oversees safety plans, health plans, and quality plans for service orders.
• Provides technical oversight on scopes of work for service orders.
• Supports bid/contract budgets and looks ahead for funding needs.
• Runs weekly/subcontractor meetings and coordinates with multiple stakeholders.
• Mentors staff and ensures timely contract deliverables are met.
