Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking Site Managers to join our fuels systems team. The role is remote with travel across numerous states. You will coordinate on-site work to deliver projects on time and within budget while upholding our safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in wetted fueling systems or related DoD environments, with strong leadership, communication, and contract administration skills. Travel and compliance with security requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in wetted fueling system projects (DoD preferred).
• Knowledge of UFGS/UFC/ASME codes, API standards, and related construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and coordinates on-site activities to meet project requirements, budget, and schedule.
• Develops and enforces health, safety, and quality plans.
• Maintains client relationships for timely, profitable project delivery.
• Reviews scopes of work and ensures compliance with contract requirements.
• Sees that all contract deliverables are submitted on time.
• Mentors and develops subordinate staff.
