Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking Site Managers for our fuels systems team. Remote work with travel is possible, with candidates residing in CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA, WV or DC (Virginia included).

The role oversees on-site work to meet schedule, budget, and safety standards and develops strong client relationships for repeat business. Responsibilities include monitoring service orders, coordinating with management and subcontractors, ensuring health and safety and quality plans, and

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in wetted fueling systems, piping, and related mechanical work.
• Knowledge of construction practices and standards (UFGS/UFC/ASME/API).
• Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Maintenance & Repair System (Prime) for all service orders and coordinate with management.
• Engage in recurring maintenance activities and ensure health & safety and quality plans are followed.
• Review service orders for scope, budgets, and contract requirements; prepare and track look-ahead schedules.
• Lead weekly meetings with subcontractors and bi-weekly meetings with the PM to discuss actions and issues.
• Maintain 3-week and 2-week look-ahead meetings and ensure on-time contract deliverables.
