Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a Site Lead / Senior Project Manager to coordinate onboarding and activation of clinics onto digital healthcare platforms. You will work with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, health authorities, vendors, and internal teams to drive delivery.

The role requires experience with Agile and Waterfall, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; PMP is a plus. Remote work with US-based sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent healthcare experience.
• Experience delivering digital solutions to healthcare sites.
• Strong project leadership and management skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, resources, risks, and issues.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, physicians, health authorities, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, resources, risks, and issues; facilitate project meetings and maintain documentation.
• Provide progress updates to leadership and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple delivery projects.
• Support site deployments, activations, and new service implementations.
