Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Project Manager for the PMO to oversee technology, operations and client projects in healthcare revenue cycle. Lead cross‑functional teams through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing with on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Define charters, schedules, risks and communications, report project health to stakeholders, and ensure scope and quality. This is a remote role with required travel to client sites or corporate offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project management experience in healthcare or revenue cycle.
• HFMA CRCR certification within 9 months of hire is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO projects across technology, operations, and client work.
• Define charters, plans, risks, and change controls; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain communications with stakeholders and report project health and status.
• Travel to client sites or corporate offices as needed.
