Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare technology programs for US clients. This remote-based role focuses on project leadership, risk management, and milestone delivery in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

You will guide multi-disciplinary groups, translate program objectives into actionable plans, manage budgets, and present status to stakeholders while supporting growth through training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives, Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies or certification.
• Strong budgeting, control and use of project management software.
• Ability to translate program objectives into clear milestones.
• Leadership to mentor junior colleagues.
• Strong, clear executive presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more medium-sized project teams across a larger program.
• Staffing guidance and assigning deadlines to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Interface with client and leadership to measure metrics and propose changes.
• Drive deliverables across all phases with objectives, schedules and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks through status reporting and updates.
• Prepare detailed SOWs and obtain stakeholder agreement.
