Job summary

Artisight seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead technology deployments and professional services in healthcare. You will own projects from initiation through closeout, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and within scope.

This remote role, based in the U.S., requires working with hospital IT, clinical teams, Facilities, and Security, with travel to client sites and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in IT services, technology deployment, or professional services consulting.
• Experience managing IT/infrastructure or technical professional services projects with financials and reporting.
• Healthcare environment project experience and certification in Agile/Waterfall approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end to end from initiation through closeout, reviewing SOWs and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing, with risk and quality management.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and staff; participate in hiring for project contractors as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders across Technical Delivery, IT, clinical teams, Facilities, Security, and Network Eng.
• Coordinate hospital access, credentialing, infection-prevention requirements, and patient-care considerations.
• Identify conflicts and risks early; deliver status reports, financials, risks, decisions, and corrective actions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across sites and ensure proper closeout documentation.
